Are you crashing consistently? Is it a specific action which reproduces the crash?
I'm not seeing a pattern yet. It crashes on a still image and crashes on the worship loops. It has even crashed in the middle of trying to upload content.
This Windows 7 machine is up to date and all my other programs are functioning well.
I've noticed from one of your logs that you have the LogMeIn remote desktop software installed (we can tell from the list of video drivers). Are you by chance remoting in to the machine that is crashing? There are known issues with the LogMeIn software and WPF applications. Something related to the mirror video driver they install causes WPF apps to leak memory and eventually crash.
I am not accessing this machine remotely. The only time that I remember using LogMeIn (my memory is not the greatest) is when one of your technicians had me grant them access to this Windows 7 system to attempt a repair several months ago. Should I uninstall it?
Should I uninstall it?
That would be my recommendation, especially if you're not depending on it.
I'm not seeing that it is listed as an installed program under 'Control Panel'.
BTW: It crashed again with the new update today.

We're not getting any reports from your crashes and there's nothing in the attached log to indicate a crash. This usually means a hard crash in native code. Normally this is due to a bad driver on the client machine. A couple things to try.
Have you tried updating your video driver(s)?
One thing thing that we've seen cause stability issues on certain machines is the embedded web browser control. This is used by the Faithlife panel (right hand side panel on main window) and in On-Screen Bible, Survey, and web page service items. I would be interested if you crash when you're not using any of those service item kinds and have the Faithlife panel collapsed.
We are also having a similar problem ever since the update. We are finding that at almost every service at some point during the service Proclaim crashes. Usually during a song or during the sermon using the bible verses in the regular Bible slides. Our windows drivers and other system software is all up to date. It's not consistent but it randomly happens at least once per day at some point during a program or service.
I don't see any crashes from your user ID or group ID in our error reporting database. This usually indicates a hard native crash, taking the app down before it can log the error. Do you have the Faithlife panel open in the right side of the main window when you experience the crash? Or does your group often use Web Page service items? We're actively investigating some reported instabilities with the embedded web browser component used in Proclaim and this could be related. The anecdotal evidence indicates it may be related to systems with intermittent network connectivity.
Hi Scott, we usually keep the faithlife panel on the side closed. So, I think the answer to your question, "Do you have the Faithlife panel open in the right side of the main window when you experience the crash? is NO. Or does your group often use Web Page service items? NO we can't seem to get any of the website videos or anything other than a simple web page to view at all. But we are hard wired to the internet and our network if that helps at all.
