bought Anglican Diamond, but ICC still shows $150?
I thought Diamond has complete 59 vols of ICC, but on my ICC's page is still showing $150 for me to purchase.. anyone knows why?

Sounds like a glitch, something similar happened after people purchased the Reformed Platinum package. A day later, it showed up as costing 1.93$ when we had already purchased it.
This thread should catch their eye, and they'll fix it (if thats really whats wrong).L2 lvl4 (...) WORDsearch, all the way through L10,

The ICC page isn't showing that's it's included in Anglican Diamond, either, which suggests there's a glitch in the dynamic pricing system.

Only 44 of the volumes are included in Diamond. I don't know why...

I believe it is because it has only unlocked the previous 56 volume package, not the currently advertised 59 volumes (which diamond claims to include). If you check I do not think we have access to the three new volumes which are Lamentations, John 1-4 and Colossians.
I emailed customer support but they did no read my email and just told me to restart my machine or resync my libronix licences, which is very annoying when you have just shelled out a grand and they treat you like an idiot (which is I suppose arguable on that I have just spent an obscene amount of money).
Am a right about the missing volumes or is customer support correct and I am an idiot?

I would not recommend a base-package which omits desirable volumes in this way!

The product description says it includes the full 59 volumes so it may not ommit any after they sort this out, but that would require customer support to actually read emails.

I would not recommend the risk of purchasing Anglican Diamond.

Unix, there is a saying here in the US, describing one's continued frustrating behavior that lacks consideration for others. That phrase is:
"You're cooking my grits!"
You and I would both agree that helping Logos rid itself of unclear advertisements, which they can and should clarify, would be beneficial. I invite you to help us continue to help Logos clear up their offerings, instead of promoting against ad nauseam.
Thanks man! I knew you would understand! [H]

Yes! Though I do think that statement is more of a southern US thing than the whole continent. Do they even know what grits are north of the mason dixon?Paul Newsome said:Unix said:I would not recommend the risk of purchasing Anglican Diamond.

When I called to order Gold I was tried to be up-selled to Diamond, it was at that time I was told Diamond included 44 volumes of the ICC.

I expect Logos to honor their advertisement. Getting the ICC was the main reason that I purchased the Diamond package. I am confident that they will and then make whatever changes they may feel need to be made. If the whole set is not included then they need to change the product page to indicate so.

The package clearly states that it includes 59 volumes, some clarity from Logos here would be welcome.
While you may be correct I can count 55 volumes greyed out which suggests it is more than 44, but defining what a volume is in this set is actually quite difficult.

Logos Support is investigating this issue because they have received a number of support requests. For some reason, the 59 volumes are not being unlocked as they should be.

That's good news. I am seriously considering picking up the Diamond, but will only do so if the full 59 volumes are included. I am most interested in the ICC and this seems the best way to pick it up plus other resources which I have on my wish list and in prepublication.
It would not be as attractive if I had to spend extra to complete the series.

You will always have to do that.. Yes all 59 volumes should be included because that is what the page says, but when a new volume is released in the ICC or even For Everyone series OT, they will be volumes one will have to purchase, as I am sure you know. I hope my sales person was misinformed when he told me not all volumes are there, I honestly do not know.

Thanks, Dan. I appreciate that is the case. What I should have explained is that I was looking at purchasing the ICC separately. If the full thing is included in this base package, my upgrade price makes Anglican Diamond the better option. If, however, there are less than the 59 volumes, the cost of Diamond plus the outlying volumes makes Diamond (for the purposes of picking up ICC) less attractive.
Apologies, I should have been clearer!
I have emailed sales regarding this and to clarify whether Paul and the Faithfulness of God is included. I will update this thread should I receive clarification tomorrow.
Blessings

Thanks Andy for that too! I don't think I had reached the 'contact Logos' step regarding that yet. I'll defer to your attempt

Very well thanks and still plugging away in the same portion of paradise.
The hurricane: Two and a bit quite stressful years dealing with insurance companies / builders / etc. as we faced millions in repair works. In fact, three years later, we are still to re-roof one of our churches and do internal repairs. Just waiting for this wet season to end.
For the most part I have had little time to engage in forums. But, back in mid-2011, I was tired of all the non-logos (anti-Catholic) threads and posts. Life is too short, so with no fanfare, I withdrew.

Hi all,
Very sorry about the trouble with the ICC. You are certainly right that it should contain all 59 volumes. I don't know what the problem is. I will look into it immediately and let you know what I find.
Again, I'm very sorry for the confusion. We will certainly get this straightened out.

Many thanks, it was a massive achievement to get something ax meaty as ICC in a base package, all the effort is much appreciated.
When the dynamic pricing came to $1200 for the diamond package for me I was aghast at what could be worth that, I almost fell off my chair when I saw a chunk of it was the ICC. I never thought I could afford such a luxury but in a base package it is possible.
Here's hoping they do some sort of egalitarian package just so they can include the Anchor Yale commentaries in that.

OK, I think the problem is fixed. Will y'all check and see if you see them and let me know?

My apologies, some time just needed to take place. Things are perfect with ICC at this moment. Thanks Ben.

I went back through and pulled some strings and now Paul and the Faithfulness of God will be included in all the Anglican packages from Bronze to Diamond.
I am very sorry for the confusion in all of this but I think this should make everyone happy!
It may take a bit for it to come through (as with the ICC volumes). If, after an hour or so, some of you still aren't seeing it, let me know.
Thanks again for your patience. [:)]
