Where should I put where? Can anyone give me tips on organizing the service. What's the difference between the three? From basic to advance.

I think you must be referring to the Pre-Service Loop, Warm-Up and Service sections as well as the Post-Service Loop. If so, anything you put in pre-service loop will loop continuously until the items in warm-up take over. The warm-up section plays everything in that section exactly 1 time (user specified for content slides) and would usually contain a countdown video. This section automatically starts the combined total of time of all the slides in the section before the service time. So if you have a countdown timer that takes 5 minutes, it will automatically start 5 minutes before the designated service time. Anything put in the service section is for the service (usually songs, sermon slides, content slides, videos, etc.) The post-service loop section is for a loop (maybe announcements or something similar) that will loop at the end of the service while people are heading out. So, say I have a 5-minute countdown in the Warm-Up section and I have a time of 7:00 for the Service. If I start the Pre-Service loop at 6:00, it will automatically go to the countdown at 6:55 and then the first service item at exactly 7:00?

Not sure what you mean Evon. Are you talking about the length of the pre-service loop or warm up? If so this is based on the time that each individual item shows, so you will have to change the time that the items stay on screen; You do this by changing the 'Auto-Advance every __ seconds' time duration for the items that this is applicable.
