Do you see a check mark next to the Bio field after editing? Try clicking outside of the text area. When the field loses focus, that is when it is saved.

No I don't see a check mark by the field. But my system is working faster because I have a SSD. I don't know if that is why I don't see it or something else.
It would be very nice if we could have an update button for the profile.
Ok I cleared all the information in the bio and I think that reset it.
Ok after waiting one day, I did edit the bio* and I saw the arrow that should mean it saved but what I have for my bio* still has not been changed.

Lee, sorry you are frustrated with the Bio page, it is a royal pain in the (neck). [:(]
I have had problems with this page also, they need to add something as simple as "Save changes" or "Update to current settings". [Y]
I have found that when if make a change, then click somewhere out of the box I was editing, it will update (it will very briefly give you a check mark next to the text box)
The only other thing I can think of, is that some how you have the page saved to your internet browser and it needs to be deleted? A long shot I know!

I really don't know what else to do.
We were unable to find an issue with saving fields in the Profile, Account Settings tab.
What browser are you using? Are you using any browser plugins?
Hello Patrick I use ie 11 & or Google Chrome. But most of the time ie 1, I don't use any plugins that i know of. I also don't know how to check or disable them if i do have any.

Are you referring to the system specs you have in your post signature? The "L4 Bible Study (LE), L5 Bronze ..." is your signature which can be changed at http://community.logos.com/user/EditProfile.aspx under Site Options.
