BUG: Visual filters not syncing

I made several new VFs early last week (before the sync server maintenance). Those VFs are still not available on my other computers, even after running 'Sync Now' in the command bar. My other computers are connected to the internet and all other connectivity is working fine.

So you've made changes to Computer A and they haven't synced to computer B. Have you made any changes on computer B that haven't synced to computer A?

OK, I verified that the VF I created last night on my home laptop did indeed sync with both my home desktop and my office desktop. So it is working in reverse.

But the three VFs I created a couple weeks ago on my office desktop have still not synced with any other computer. (And these are ones I actually need.)

Any ideas?

Make a small (recoverable) change to a filter and see if that causes it to sync.

The VFs created at home are indeed syncing with everything else.

So it looks like I have a specific set of VFs that were created but never synced. These are ones that I need. Should I simply delete them and re-create them?

Here are screenshots of two; I think you can see all the info in the shot. I went ahead and deleted the original two that weren't syncing and re-created them (that's why these have a 'new' in the title). I'll see if they are syncing when I get home tonight.
