Updating your library?
Have I done something wrong (like unwittingly change a setting) or has the app changed? Either way, can I update the library whilst still in the app?
Thank you for you time.

Well, if it makes you feel better, I've got Lewis & Short all put to bed on L5 and am now exporting it to Libronix (just joking). However iPad-Lady's whining there's no L&S to be had. Why else would I need L&S but to feed Noet?

As far as I know, nothing has changed. The app should try to update your library when it first starts, and then at least once per hour while the app is open.

Yes, it used to...but for a few months it hasn't...any suggestions?
Try starting the app from scratch (make sure it's closed first) and then waiting about 20-30 seconds while it sits on the home page, then go to the "Help" screen and tap "Send Support Info" to send me your log data. Change the email address in the "To:" field to drew DOT hannay AT logos DOT com.

Sean, do You mean that an earlier version of the Android 4.0.x app searched for old books that had new updated Libronix or Logos4 -files? I hope so. If that's so I'll keep my old aps in my tablets. It's laborious to manually check for new files, delete and re-download the books in both (or either!) tablet(s). I'm not talking about new purchases. A command to do this would be nice but that would require a lot of expensive programming.

Did you get the log files Drew?
There appears to have been a problem with the log file being empty. What version of Android are you running on your Transformer?

Kevin, I'm also having issues with the Notes not syncing well.
I use my iPad more on the Notes, so it is very crucial that the Note syncs.
Thanks!
ps: Please reply on this thread too please.. Bug on iPad

Thanks, all, for alerting us to this issue. We've discovered what's going on, and we are currently working to fix it.
The good news: you *will* have access to Lewis & Short soon.
The bad news: it might take a week or so before it shows up on your device. The Lewis & Short resource isn't the only resource suffering this problem. Here are a few others (sorry about the terse nature of this list... it's basically a database dump):

Last reply on this from James was a few days from Apr. 17, 2014. Is there any progress update?

I talked to the server team yesterday...basically what's going on is that the server is indexing a FULL Logos library (all 40,000+ books). I believe they started the process around the time that James replied, and it took several days to run. As it was nearing completion, they found a bug in the indexer that caused the process to stop and need to start over (users had never encountered this indexer bug since no user owns all 40,000+ books). As far as I know, they've fixed the bug and started the indexing process over again. I can't give an estimate on when it will be completed because I honestly don't know. Thank you all for your patience and I apologize for this major delay.
