Unable access lyrics or scriptures section - section can not be adjusted/pull down does not work in

While on-air and 4:3 configuration,we are unable to access the lyrics or scriptures section to be able to add information on the fly.

We noticed this after the latest upgrade.

Please advise how we are to now get to this section.

Systems where issues were identified on: Mac Mini and Mac Book Pro

The application monitor is 16:3.

However the projected slides/presentation is set as 4:3 output.

Spencer - this was a big problem for us this past Sunday. We can not access the area to edit lyrics or content while on-air. We need to resolve by Wednesday. Is technical service/help available after 6pm to help us walk through resolution?

I'm noticing that we have issues during On Air edits on smaller screens. What is the resolution of the display being used to try and perform the edit?

The screen we are using is a widescreen 16:9.

The presentation is 4:3 so that it takes up entire projection screen.

Just to jump in here, when we are talking about the screen resolution, we are looking for the number like 1600x800, 1240x768, etc. not the aspect ratio. You should be able to figure this out by right-clicking the background of your display and selecting 'screen resolution'.

Correction: Since you are usings a mac, navigate to the 'about this mac' menu via the apple icon in the top left corner of your screen, click more info, then click the displays tab. Also, the update released yesterday should have fixed your issue because we added scroll bars to the edit menu on Macs. If it is still occurring, please let us know.

My church has been having this problem the last two Sundays too. We always have a Q&A session after the sermon, and I haven't been able to input the questions because when I go into edit mode, the field is gone because the preview windows and new toolbar take up too much space. When we were using a regular Mac, (13" screen?) I caught a little sliver of it and was able to type but see what I was typing. the following week we had to use a Macbook Air with a smaller screen and even the sliver was impossible to find. This is really messing up our service.

I think if it was possible to make the preview pane at the bottom thinner, that may solve it.

MAJOR Thanks for the fix. After updating Proclaim this past Sunday, everything worked well and we are now able to edit the text while on-air.
