Logo Sizing Issue

Ok...so we have recently developed a problem that I have been unable to fix. Our Logo (which is loaded in Proclaim) is being resized and will not fit our screen. I have tried several sizes, but none seem to matter. We are projecting to wide screen TV's, but have not had this problem in the past? When we project outside of Proclaim, via a regular extended desktop or with Easy Worship, we do not have this problem...hence, it must be a Proclaim issue? Please help....

Hello Jeff,

So your logo is letter boxing on the wide screen TVs when you go on air? I just took a look and it did this for me; however any image that does not match the aspect ratio you use for your presentation will get letter boxed. In order to fix this, you must use a logo that has a resolution that matches the 16:9 aspect ratio.

I thought I had...maybe not though...Do you know what resolution (pixel) would equal the 16:9 aspect ratio?

960 x 540 (Not a common resolution...Vimeo is pretty much the only thing that can use it)

1280 x 720 "Half" HD

1920 x 1080 HD

3840 x 2160 4K (This still has yet to go mainstream)

7680 x 4320 8K (I tend to think we may skip 4K and go straight to 8K...or 4K for streaming, 8K for Digital/Bluray.)

Kinda off subject, but I heard Netflix has the capability to go 4K, but internet providers are restricting bandwidth too much. This is most likely why Netflix is going from $9 to $15 in the next year or two.
