Was setting up presentation for Sunday and system suddenly changed my group to pending and now I can't access any of my content
Looking at our records and I see you are a member and administrator of a single group (Michael D Helland's presentation group). What is happening that indicates your membership has changed to pending? I'm able to impersonate you and sign into Proclaim without issue.
My wife actually signed up and Proclaim is under her e-mail. The group we have been using for a month Pentecostal church of god lame deer mt, is now pending. Tech support could not answer why
What were you doing when the status changed to "pending"? Have you tried logging out and back in? What was the result?
Wife was downloading videos and system locked up. So she closed it down and went to log in and thats when all of our content went away and the group we were using was now pending. logging out and back in has had no ettect

I have confirmed that your wife's group has no members. This shouldn't be possible. We'll get your wife re-added to the group (should be done tomorrow) and get to the bottom of why this happened. Thanks for your patience.
Thank you. Just keep in mind the group that is active now was set up by tech support so we could get through this Sunday. The Pentecostal church of God lame Deer MT group is out there and is the one that needs to be restored.
