I'm a very new Proclaim user. I've been using Keynote for sermon slides for a long time. I understand that Proclaim is not going to give the kind of flexibility that Keynote does.
That being said, I've figured out that I can create new slides with a double-dash. But I don't see any way to edit specific lines of text. The text formatting applies to the entire text block, so it's impossible to set a title in larger type, use italics on a few words, etc.
I'm wondering if there is a workaround to this. Is anyone creating more complex sermon note slides using varied formatting? If so, how?
Another question: is it possible to "nest" slides together, rather than having ten or twenty all on the same level? We do two services that are fairly different, and build them as separate presentations. I'm not interested in dragging a bunch of slides to a new presentation.
At this point I'm thinking that my best bet would be to create my slides in Keynote, export them as images, and create an image slideshow in Proclaim. But it would be really nice to be able to quickly edit slides on Sunday am if I need to.
Hopefully this makes sense.
