Vyrso not accepting password
I have the same email and password for Logos and Vyrso. But Vyrso is not accepting the password today. I reset the password and it still is not accepting the password. I have no problems getting on Logos, but cannot get on Vyrso.
Any one else have this problem?
Also, if I am signed into Logos, why do I need to resign into Vyrso if I am already signed into Logos (and vice versa)?

A tech rep is working on this. It seems to be a problem with firefox. I apparently can sign in under chrome with no problems. Have not figured out the firefox issue. Cleared cache and cookies etc, but still not able to sign in under firefox

This is not a problem with Firefox! This is a DESIGN problem.
I had a similar issue. I also thought that these were different sites, so I used a different password for Vyrso, Logos and Faithlife. One email. Three different passwords. However came to realize that I can also login to either of the three with my Logos password. So, think about it: Faithlife had 2 accounts with the same username but 2 different passwords. Can someone explain the rationale of this?

I can sign in on firefox ....
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

MJ, I have always been able to sign in on Firefox. But I cannot as of yesterday. I can sign in on Chrome, but not on Firefox. Tech has not yet been able to locate the problem. But they seem to be working on it.
As for a design problem, I do believe there is something weird about the design of signing into Vyrso. I sign into Logos, then click on the Vyrso tab, and need to sign in again? And the sight says I can sign in using my logos email and password. Well I am already signed into Logos, so it makes no sense.
Now that I have said that, I expect certain individuals on the forum to race to logos' defense (though they don't need to). I am sure Logos has a reason for their set up but will not be surprised if in the future it is streamlined in some way.

Yes, it's unusual. I've seen this kind of design on some other sites, but it's really unusual and counterintuitive. However the behavior you report should be a bug on your machine. Have you tried reinstalling FF?

Yes, it is possibly a bug on my machine. And if tech cannot figure it out, I will probably reinstall. They may be a script that is causing the problem and tech seems interested in finding it to fix it. So I will wait a bit longer before doing a reinstall.

By default, websites can't share credentials. This is a security feature in the browser to prevent evilsite.com from getting your cookies and logging into mybank.com.
OTOH, in the case of logos.com and vyrso.com, you would expect your username and password to be shared. There are ways to accomplish this (but they're reasonably complex in order to prevent attacks by malicious sites; they also have to be implemented carefully so that evilsite.com doesn't use a weakness in our implementation to steal your logos.com credentials). This is something we're working on currently.

Thanks Bradley. I solved the problem after your explanation. I have NoScript enabled in Firefox and it was not trusting ajaxgoogleapis.com. Once I 'trusted' this script, I was able to sign in.
