Isn't recognize subscription when using on another machine.

I installed Proclaim on a desktop computer and after signing it the application does not seem to recognize that I have a subscription and is asking me to buy a subscription.

All the items requiring a subscription are locked.

When I open Proclaim up on my desktop at work I do not have the locks.

Hello Vicki, I'm taking a look at your group now. I see you have a valid On Air license but do not have a subscription to Proclaim Pro Media. This is why you see the little padlock icons on some items in the order of service. My hunch is you were using it during the free month we gave out, perhaps unknowingly, and now that period has elapsed. I'll add another free month to your account right now so you don't have to worry about making last minute changes for this Sunday. Hope this clears things up.

Try restarting Proclaim now. You should not see any watermarks.
