Latency Issues with Proclaim Servers

I synced our church file last week, went in today and have the red triangle stating that it is unable to connect with Faithlife.

I am down with the flu and trying to make sure that everything is set up for the service but cannot gain access and I cannot sync with my home system or I'll wipe out everything that was done on the church system. Did anyone by chance get this same issue resolved?

I have not run into this in house. Are you on Mac or Windows? There are no known issues on our side that I am aware of.

This error message indicates the inability to load content from faithlife.com like the News, and Members tab. This is not related to syncing the actual presentation content.

The sync icon in the upper right (shown in the picture below) shows you whether your documents have all synced. If this is green you should be ok. Not sure why you're seeing the failure to load the Faithlife panel. If you post the proclaim.log file we can take a closer look.

Mac:

/Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

Windows:

%USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\

We are using windows. I had to send the church all of the songs to cut and paste into the system. It does not sync! Shows the green button as "updated,"

I will post the file once service has ended. I don't want to take a chance and mess the service presentation by logging in. They have added all the other items for service at their end. Don't want any further challenges.

Is it possible that you're not currently in the group you expect to be in? I can see your account has two different Proclaim groups. Group switching can be done from the account menu.

I am the administrator. I chose the mariposa assembly account on both systems and have been making changes on both my laptop and the church computer but it won't sync. The church computer is signed on with my email & password, so I don't understand why it is not syncing.
