Never really have a problem with proclaim, but for some reason my I Pad Add would not connect yesterday. Did anyone else have this problem?
There were no known server side issues with Proclaim last Sunday. What message were you seeing?
All of our devices 3 Ipads and 2 Android devices would look like they were going to connect but after a couple minutes it would say login error. It worked fine yesterday during our service .
I had a similar issue during our Sunday morning service. My Android device could see the active presentation, but would not sync when connected via wifi. Everything else was working on the Android; browser, email, etc. The Proclaim remote only worked fine when I switch back to 4G. It's not a real issue for me since I can always run things from the console.

Were you using signals in your presentation as well, or were a lot of people accessing your wifi? Since the remote worked fine when using your phone's network, this seems like a possibility.
We are a small group so only a few people were following. However, I do add signals to my presentations; several tech savy people like to download a pdf of the sermon notes from DropBox and occasionally use the Bible verse signals.
I tried to rely on the remote control in the past (maybe six months ago) for Wednesday evening youth services but abandoned the idea when it failed to switch on every slide change. So in light of the recent improvements, I have begun experimenting with it again, only in a controlled environment. I have been testing the remote with one finger on the console. It has worked well over wifi on two occasions when I attempted to use it during the sermon portion of two separate services., Then this last Sunday I had to switch my Android to 4g in order for it to work. I did not continue using it due to the resulting 2 second lag time.
