Android Not Syncing Favorites
I have an Android S4 phone and the Favorites will not sync. I read Logos on my laptop, iPad, iPhone and Android S4. All sync Favorites except the S4. When I installed (and re-installed) the Favorites are correct yet as I read and save to Favorites on the S4 it will not change on any other device. When I read on the other devices they do not sync with the S4. I have cleared the Cache and Data on the S4 but it still will not sync with my other devices. Please help.

Chuck,
We have identified the issue with Favorites sync and we're working on a fix. Thanks for reporting this bug!

Is there any solution to this? I have an Android Asus Transformer and am experimenting. I have favorites in my laptop version. When I open a book on the tablet, it opens to the place where the favorite is marked. But when I close Logos on Android, it doesn't sync back with the laptop so my current reading location is not saved. I want to be able to read on both and have them open to the right place.
Am I missing something?

Larry,
This thread is a year old and refers to Favorites not syncing; this issue was resolved long ago.
Reading position sync is different than Favorites syncing. If you are on your Android device and are finished reading a resource, close the Logos app to force a sync. Then, open Logos on your Desktop and press the sync button, then open the resource you were reading - the position should sync.
If the same resource is open on multiple devices at the same time, reading position doesn't automatically update across devices.

Ah, thanks. I will try that I see. I knew it was old, but I guess I am not sure the difference between favorites and reading position.
