Viewing Song List Database

I am currently looking for suggestions on viewing our song list in a database type format. When creating our songlist for the week sometimes seeing a huge list of the names helps trigger what the group would like to sing. Just looking for how others are doing this and if there is an easier way than the search field?

This is a great question. We don't have a feature that supports this but I am interested in hearing if other people want this feature and what they do currently for a workaround.

I have a song list in Google Drive (and all the words we have been using previously). I group them by types of songs (Praise and Worship, Gospel etc.). I make a song list then enter the title into Proclaim and let it search to pull in the songs from CCLI Song Select. I am new to Proclaim so I don't know how to pull songs or slides I have used before into a new presentation.

Just stepping in to answer this question for you. There is a menu within the 'Add item' menu called 'Reuse items' that is specifically meant for this purpose. 'Reuse items' contains all items you have in existing presentations. All you have to do is to expand 'Add item', click into the search bar for the 'Reuse items' menu to the right and search for the title of the service item you would like to use.
