This has worked well for me with no problems forever, but tonight all I get is an unpopulated box. I've attached a screenshot. I have quit and restarted Proclaim but that does not fix the problem. Planning Center is not down. Any ideas?
One thing is to make sure your PCO plan is set to a date in the future.
All dates are correct in Planning Center. Today, I'm in a new location (church) on a different network and it still shows a blank window when I try to import from Planning Center. It's a completely blank window with no services or anything. See the screenshot. 4111.Planning Center.tiff
I was able to reproduce the issue you are having. We are investigating at the moment, however you should be able to see you PCO presentations on a Windows machine if you have access to one. The workaround right now would be to use a PC w/ Windows installed to import from Planning Center Online.
No pc's here ... all macs.
I am sorry to here that. We will be working on this from now on and should have a fix to release tomorrow. If you feel comfortable telling me which presentation you need to import from PCO and need it imported ASAP, I should be able to help.
The guys at Planning Center Online have fixed their cookies and I just validated that I could authenticate and import plans from PCO from my Mac.
