ESV works fine but not NASB. Selecting "Info" in NASb vs ESV returns different information (see attached screen captures). I purchased both resources.
What am I missing?
George, I have an iPad and there are problems on that with the NASB95 since a recent update. This probably is the cause of your problem on the Android platform as well. Logos is aware of that problem. Something to do with aligning the Reverse Interlinear text with the English text, I believe. We haven't been told when that problem will be fixed.
Someone else with an Android device could confirm what you are seeing. That would help.

Mark,
This looks more than an aligment issue. Misalingment would result in returning information for a different word, but in this case it looks like something else (MHO).

I'll let someone give you the official answer and the correct terminology. It is a problem in the building of the resource file involving the underlying interlinear and the English text in the iOS app (and I suspect in Android).

I wasn't expecting you to give the official answer.[:)]. I appreciate though you taking the time to comment on the issue, and add your insight.
Some Android users are seeing similar problems as per https://community.logos.com/forums/t/93727.aspx
I can reproduce this particular problem on NASB95 and Android and think it must be related to the misalignment referred to above.

You are correct, it's the very same issue and will happen regardless of app or device operating system. We're working on a fix.
Hi Kevin
Thanks for the confirmation
Graham
This has been fixed.
Confirmed - thanks Dave
And the NASB95 is now working on the IPad app as expected. Thanks.
Yep, working OK now. Thank you!
