Android Problem with Recent Downloads Verbum

Hi. I have an Android Galaxy Tab 2 with OS 4.2.2. My Verbum app is 4.3.8.

This morning, I received an update to eight of my works I have on my tablet. Afterwards, when I tried to access any of these resources, I get a message of "an unknown error occurred opening resource."

If relevant, these resources did work yesterday.

Anyone out there have the same problem or a solution?

Same problem, same error with the Bible app, on ISBE & Bible Knowledge Commentary. NIV (84) & NRSV also downloaded with them, this morning, & opened normally.

Looks like some of the Logos 6 change broke at least these 2 resources for the Bible & Verbum apps?

My Bible app is 4.3.8 (build 286)

Bill - My BKC has not been updates since 25 june, so should be 2.3.8. compatible..  odd.. maybe it got corrupted???

I have the same problem with my Verbum Library running on Android 4.4.2. I received updated resources and some will not open. The message is: "An unknown error occurred opening resource."

Tech support is working on this.

Yep. Same problem.

We've isolated the problem and have fixed it internally - we'll be pushing a new version soon.
