Navigation error after library and app updates

Yesterday I received a bunch of library updates on my app. Afterwards I also received an app update (4.3.9). After these updates I'm facing an issue with some resources such as the Catholic Lectionary. Whenever I open it, it doesn't bring me to today's readings, instead it opens the resource in the last used position and it displays an "Navigation error" message. I can reproduce this error with other sources as well, such as "Co-Workers of the Truth" (CWT:MEDY).
Is this a known issue?
