Hi, wasn't this supposed to be free? I was charged $9.85 on 11/15/2014 8:09 PM ?????

Did you enter in a code given to you in email (the book is free sometime after signing up to the email list), I assume it is a coupon code they mail you (I just signed up and have not received an email yet).

I did get the email just now and clicked the link and got a check out listing it as 0.00 (it had a code pre applied ).

yes I used my email and nope I don't remember getting any codes I just trusted I was getting it for free
