I've worked out from my few (bargain) purchases today that this is the book that causes a problem when you want to purchase.

What problem does it cause?

I think it is a licensing issue, meaning Faithlife are not allowed to sell that book to international customers.

Ted is correct, in this instance the title has a restriction and can only be sold in the U.S. & U.S. territories. I apologize for the inconvenience, we're working on a display system on product pages that will help clarify which products are restricted.

As this is the second title in a week with restrictions it will be helpful to know which ones are excluded from purchase by non US purchases as we have to to then work through the cart one purchase at a time to see which ones blocks the purchase. easiest answer - put a flag on the cover.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I can only imagine how frustrating the problem can be for you. We're working on a fix that will help clarify where the product is restricted, we'll take the flag idea into consideration! Let me know if there is anything else I can do to alleviate your concern.

Brian,
just to make it clear I am writing in a friendly tone. Its not a big problem in the light of what life's about and I am glad you will make it a bit easier sometime in the future.[:D]

Your British sense of humor was hard to pick-up across the pond, I wanted to error on the side of being a courteous in case you were extremely upset. My in-laws are British so I had an inkling that you were writing in a jovial tone. Thanks for clarifying! [H]
