I can't put it in my cart because it's greyed out. Does this mean that it's not available anymore or does this have anything to do with the outage?

It's only sold to members of the Academic Discount program. Maybe a sales person can sell you an assortment of original language titles at a great price - give them a call!
It is possible that it is included in you new base package. That is if you have upgraded to Logos 6. Check with your slaes rep.
It was available but now it's not. Weird but I did contact a sales rep. Hopefully I'll get some answers soon.
I could have sworn it was available to all. I might have been wrong though.
NB Mick is right it is sold to academic students. Lesson folks always read the fine print. I can be dumb sometimes
And I was looking forward to that package.

Logos 4 Original Languages, was the last Biblical Language base package that was sold to anyone regardless of whether or not they were in academia. Starting with Logos5 (and continuing with Logos6) the Logos Biblical Language package is only available to those in academia. I still do not understand why Logos(now faithlife) made such a decision. This is probably the number decision that irks me about faithlife. Had, Logos 4 only been sold to students, I would never have bought a Logos base-package, and I know others who are/were in the same boat. I personally, think Logos is turning people like you and me a way.
On, the other hand (and not I am not backtracking on what I have said above!) Faithlife (logos) now has NOET Research libraries over at Noet.com. Noet, is basically an alternative-branding of Logos that focuses on the Humanities, Classical Languages, and Literature. In addition to the Noet Research Libraries (base-packages) you also buy anything that Logos.com and Verbum.com sales and they will work seamlessly with your library.
Here are a few Noet Libraries that might be of interest:
Yes, I know what you will probably ask next; Where's the Biblical Hebrew / Classical Hebrew Research Library? Yeah, I too find it strange that Noet offers a Biblical Greek research Library, but then ignores Hebrew/Aramaic. To Noet's credit they do offer Judaic Libraries. The one that might be the most of interest to those who are interested Biblical Languages would probably be the:
Tanakh and Rabbinic Judaism Research Library
If, I haven't already said this; Noet branding and Research libraries are probably the best decision that faithlife has made. Basically, everything in their libraries are tightly curated with modules that are of immediate usefulness and applicable to one's chosen field of research.

I have had the Original Languages package since L3. Now I'm listed as having the Scholars Program, but I'm not sure whether I got that in L3 or L4. It really doesn't matter what they call it: Straw, Wood, Brass … Dilithium
How about unobtainium ?
Thanks for the links BKMitchell God bless you always and I agree with you the Biblical Languages package should be brought back for everyone and not just for academic students.
I can also get this also:

I don't know how good the Zondervan BL package is vs the Academic BL package but it's better than nothing.
Bob is you are reading this please bring back the BL package for everyone.
As others have noted, BL is available to those of us on Academic pricing. However, Logos has made the decision not to include dynamic pricing for those of us who owned it in L5. The result is quite funny. Here is a screenshot of my special pricing:
That's what mine shows which is funny.
