User licensed content
We're going to begin selling Proclaim content (e.g. Pro Media subscription) at logos.com. Previously Proclaim content was only available for purchase from within the application which allowed it to be implicitly linked to the current group. In the future if a user purchases a Pro Media subscription at logos.com it will automatically be linked with the last group you've used. If you don't have any groups we'll automatically link it when you create one. And finally, we've added the ability to modify which group your content is linked to in the Link Accounts dialog.
This change will not affect Proclaim users that purchase content from within the application.

My group has proclaim and my group also has CCLI Song Select. One of the leaders in my group can connect to the CCLI Song Select when in Proclaim. However, I cannot. Every time I try to connect it sends me to this page. Any suggestions?

Are you trying to connect your CCLI account via the 'Link Your Accounts...' menu? You get to this by viewing the account menu in the top right corner of Proclaim. When I navigate to 'Link Your Accounts...' and click 'Enter Info' for SongSelect, I am taken to the correct place. It should look like the following screenshot:

It does not let me get that far. I think my OS is too old. I'm using Windows Vista and have upgraded to Internet Explorer 9.03. The screen I get says I am unable to connect.

Do you mind posting a screenshot of what you see when you try to link your account? Is there any firewall or antivirus software that might be interfering?

One common cause of failure linking a SongSelect account is a system time that is more than a few minutes off the SongSelect server time. If you check you system time and it looks correct please post your log file after attempting to link the account.

Now that I have linked my CCLI account does that mean our CCLI number will automatically be added to each song or will I have to check that box and put the number manually like before? If so, what is the purpose in linking accounts?

If you add a song from SongSelect, it should automatically check the checkbox and fill the text field with your CCLI number.

The main reason to link your account is so you can retrieve lyrics from Song Select. As Spencer mentioned the CCLI number will be automatically filled out as well.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue. Do you have any anti virus software running that might be interfering?

Sorry for the late reply. In answer to your question, no I don't have any anti-virus software running short of Windows Defender. And I even went as far as to disable Windows Firewall altogether. I have not had the chance yet but I am going to try this on the churches presentation laptop that i had recently installed it on and see if it is the same problem. This may be localized to this computer (which is running the Tech Preview of Windows 10) so that may be an underlying issue. I'll let you know as soon as I am able to test a few theories. Thank you for the response.

Interesting about this being on Windows 10. We'll take another look at this.

Just FYI. I redid my computer going back to Windows 7 (not because of Proclaim, but other small issues) and it is working fine. May very well have been a Windows 10 issue.

I get the same problem as Joel. I installed proclaim on the church computer while it was still in windows 8 and the integration with song select worked just fine, but on my home laptop which is already windows 10, I get the same blank screen.

We have a fix for this issue that is planned to ship September 21. A workaround for the meantime is to link your SongSelect account on another machine. The linking will sync over to the Windows 10 machine. Thanks for your patience.

Yes. Thanks Scott. I was going to reply and Mention that. That is exactly what I ended up doing to find a work around. I am now back on a Windows 10 machine and it is working. Thank you again.

The church's workstation was linked before I updated it to win10 and it still works, but at this point I don't have a computer that is not on win10, so how would I do that? Would logging in on the church account from my computer work? I guess I'm asking if the linking of the accounts is based on the computer or the user account?

Jeremy, I have found it to be linked to the user's account not the computer. If you can get your hands on any Windows 7 or 8 machine at all, and install Proclaim, login with the account you want to use and then link it. When you login with the Windows 10 computer, same account, it will work. I ended up doing a clean install of Windows 7 and then upgrading and it worked. But I was having other minor issues with windows 10 beta at the time.

Thanks Joel! I will see what I can do. My upgrade to win10 took a whole day and I can't give up that time from work (I'm a web developer) to roll back so I'll see if I can get my hands on one or just sit tight until the update comes out.

I recently purchased graceway media from the graceway media from their website. I am trying to link up with proclaim but I keep getting a message saying that it cannot connect with the servers? HELP

Reinaldo, are you using Windows 10?

Reinaldo - Are you running the latest version of Proclaim (1.31.0.0863)? Graceway is having some issues with their authentication service (initial login only). The latest version of Proclaim has a temporary workaround for that issue.
