Proclaim Crashing on sign in

Hi I am using Windows 7 Home Premium and Proclaim is crashing on sign in. I get a windows message saying a problem has caused the program to stop working, windows will close the program and notify me if a solution is find.

I have AVG antivirus and wondered if it is blocking it, but i cant see proclaim in the list of blocked programs. Please help. Sunday beckons!

Looks like your presentation manager database is corrupt. Please drag the following file to your desktop

C:\Users\Girls\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Data\t4oyz50b.vgb\PresentationManager\PresentationManager.db

This will force the file to be recreated using sync data on next startup. Please let us know how it goes.
