I have been unable to trace an original copy of the text but I very much doubt that this was a typo in the original, the book description states that:
Samuel Hick (1758–1829) was a minister in Micklefield, Yorkshire,
The very first page of the book states:
ENTIRE SANCTIFICATION
A SERMON
as preached
BY THE LATE SAMUEL HICK
of micklefield, near aberford
Dorkshire;
Now in the UK at least Dork is a derogatory term so this is at best unfortunate and as a native of Yorkshire myself I find it difficult to see how this got through even a cursory quality check, it is not an obscure location whether you live in the UK or not.
The book is part of https://www.logos.com/product/39317/classic-commentaries-and-studies-on-thessalonians-upgrade
If this was in the original then I apologise but it does get you down when official "Quality" books built by hand (or so we are told) contain such gross errors.
