Can't see a book on my library.
I successfully bought the book "How to read the Bible for all its worth" which does run on mobile. Yet I can't see it on my phone's Logos app (I tried in both my Android and my girlfriend's Samsung Galaxy S V phone). When I type the book's title ir won't show; not if I sort by recent, author, etc. I already restarted the app and phone and nothing.
Ask my other books before and after appear.
Help please. Or should I call customer service?

The Android Bible app takes hours if not days to update the library. Logos knows about this bug but has been slow in attending to it.

Are you seeing this on both iOS and Android or just Android?
There does seem to be a delay in resources being made visible to the Android devices - https://community.logos.com/forums/t/98183.aspx - with a forced kill and restart of the app normally fixing it but it looks like that didn't work for you.

Seems there are some problems to 'pull' it down. Have you tried to 'push' it from the desktop, i.e. checking the mark for the app on the device to have it downloaded?

I believe I only posted it on Android (I only have Android).
That same day I bought other books which are showing, but not that one not "How to be filled with the spirit" by Tozer; both bought with a new year Faithlife coupon, for $0 (maybe I should had mention that before?)

There was a post from you about this on the iPad forum (I referenced it above) but I have noted in there that the issue is being seen on Android phones only.

That shouldn't affect anything really but thanks for flagging it.
If you go to biblia.com - http://biblia.com/library - and log in with your Faithlife credentials can you see the resources there?
I'm trying to determine whether they have been unlocked on your account or whether they are just not being seen on Android
Do you have a Logos desktop environment - as NB.Mick was asking - and, if so, do you see the resources in your library there?

I checked in Biblia.com and it didn't show either. I tried Vyrso and Faithlife apps too and nothing.
I think it's been completely blocked from my account (but I have my receipt, successful transaction).
Is there a way you can since this/unlock them. Or should I contact customer service?
