English Targum
Unfortunately I have nothing to offer, but I am wondering of someone has a pb from the english translation of (some of) the Targumim?
I found some freely accessible translation here.
I'm completely inexperienced with the making of pb, but if someone else has done the job, or likes to do it. I'd love acces to these resources.

While any translation of the Scriptures may in Hebrew be called a targum, the word is used especially for a translation of a book of the Hebrew Bible into Aramaic. Before the Christian era, Aramaic had in good part replaced Hebrew in Palestine as the vernacular of the Jews. It continued as their vernacular for centuries later and remained in part as the language of the schools after Aramaic itself had been replaced as the vernacular. The Aramaic Bible series provides a much-needed reference to the Aramaic translation of the Torah and Old Testament texts, as well as an important glimpse into Second Temple Judaism.

Joren, how many 'hundreds dollars' is in your budget? Have you considered https://www.logos.com/product/30594/early-bible-translations-collection
That one includes Etheridge plus a series of syriac translations. Granted I like the Palestinian targums, but beggars (me) can't be choosers.

This may not be the direction you want to go, but I would mention that there is a scholarly resource by the same author as the Aramaic Bible mentioned above that looks into the relationship between the Targums and the Hebrew Bible. It has links to the Targum fragments in the second resource as well as the Talmud.
