I have videos that are being skipped during "On Air". It might play 2-3 seconds of the video then it skips it. Every now a video will freeze. Is there anyone out there having this problem.
I have not run into this issue. Which presentation is this occurring in? I would like to take a look. Also, does this happen on Windows or Mac?

Videos are being skipped under the Service Section.
I just viewed your presentation and I was not able to reproduce your behavior. Do the videos play when you preview your presentation? Are the videos completely downloaded before you start your service? You will be able to tell if this is the case by looking at the sync wheel at the top right part of Proclaim; if it is anything but green, then parts of the service are still downloading.
Yes. They are all downloaded. I wish someone could see it from my end. On this particular presentation, the first movie from the service section is skipped. It is completely download. It will not play during "On Air."
If it is working for you..I must be doing something wrong. I set the service time and then go on air. Pre-Loop, Good, But when the service section starts it skips the first movie. This has happened more then once.

This is interesting. Do you mind taking a video of this when it occurs and sharing that video so I can see what you are doing? This could be done with either Jing or with your phone. Whichever one works best. Also I suggest trying the Disable Hardware Acceleration option here on your Windows machine and see if that helps.

Thank you! I was able to reproduce the bug and I am investigating now. A workaround in the meantime that would work would be to put a blank content item before the first video in the service item and set it to auto-advance. This should allow the video to play correctly.
That worked! Adding the blank content. Can you please let me know how to fix this without the blank content? Thank you.
