Charles A. Wootten provided a cheat sheet. Look for for Libronix File Names in your library. That being said the ones that are probably giving you problems are: LBXWDL goes ???? I see your problem. From the first line of the file, it clearly goes in vocabulary list
LBXQYG goes into the graphic queries
LBXLLS is to be treated like LBXOEB
LBXVL goes into vocabulary list ... and here I thought since it was a character short it was an error ...

I came across this thread with the same question as Gerald, namely, where to place these files.
When I looked in my own directory structure, I couldn't find any folders named GraphicalQueries (lbxqyg), VerseLists (lbxvsl), VocabularyLists (lbxvl), or WordLists (lbxwdl). I expected them to be in my Libronix DLS folder (which, on my Vista 32 bit system, is in my user's Documents folder). This folder already contained sub-folders for Annotations, Styles, Workspaces, etc., but not these other file types.
So I opened up Logos, clicked on File->New..., and made "dummy" queries and lists. This created both a file and the appropriately named folder. I deleted the dummy files, and then copied the files from the first message in this post to those new directories. I don't use the prayer list (lbxprl) or Bible reading plan (lbxpln) features, but I assume you could do the same for those types as well. It might be quicker just to create new folders directly, but I wanted to make sure the folder names were correct.
By the way, I store all my downloaded, free lbxoeb files in a separate directory ("PBB") that I back up along with my other user files. Having found these treasures scattered over the interweb, I don't want to lose them. Just make sure Logos knows where to find them (Tools->Options->General->Resource Paths).

A google search turns up Reformed Baptist Theological Review, vol. 1. This file does not show up for me, even when listing all known resources.
"Address" (1821) by Barton W. Stone and "Our Position" (1904) by Isaac Errett are both historical works relevant to the American Restoration Movement.

I was only preserving files from the old newgroups for L3. I believe that this is an illustrations file i.e. in the sermon/illustration format.
