Nothing Works on the iPad
I can't seem to get much of anything on my iPad, other than the bible text, to work. I can't use work lookup, any of the guides, etc.
In church this morning, I got to look at blank pages.
Is this still considered the normal behavior of the iOS app? Without a manual, there's no hope of figuring out much of anything anyway.

The lookup feature and the guides require internet access. They should work unless the Logos servers are not working.
There were others who mentioned this as well.

Guides and look up are working for me right now, so the servers must be back up.

We have wi-fi in our Sanctuary now. I'm sure I was connected, because other apps were working/updating. But this problem with Logos wasn't limited to just this morning...it's been going on for several weeks now.

Sorry to hear about your troubles, Doc. I had an iPad challenge myself this weekend (https://community.logos.com/forums/t/99091.aspx). Have you seen any improvement or resolution yet?

What version of the app? When was the last time you performed a clean install of the app?

Says 4.4.2.
AFAIK, I've only installed it once. Most iOS apps auto-update. Does this one not?

Please perform a fresh install to see if the problem is solved.

All iOS apps will auto-update if you have that setting enabled on your iOS device.

And how do I do that?
Excuse me for being stupid, but I've never, ever had to do a 'fresh install' on any iOS app. Does this mean to delete it from the device and go to the app store and re-download it?
