Proclaim quit twice

Proclaim updated to latest version.

Opened a presentation someone else created.

Started adding backgrounds to the songs via Media Library. Used same background for all songs. Proclaim quit working when adding background to the fifth song.

Then, restarted again.

Successfully added background to fifth song.

Viewed lyrics On Air

Went Off Air to edit

Proclaim quit unexpectedly.

Can you post the Proclaim.log from a crash? (note: this file is recreated when you restart Proclaim, so grab it after your crash, before you restart Proclaim). It should be in the same location as your ProclaimError.log

Also, which presentation were you having troubles with? I would like to load the presentation and see what happens locally.

Oddly enough, there are only two files: "Proclaim" and "ProclaimError"

The presentation is titled January 17 & 18, 2015.

I took a look at your crash log and presentation and it looks like you're running out of memory. On Windows this usually indicates a video driver issue and I confirmed the songs you were editing/adding are using motion background. First please ensure your computer is all up to date. Next I would try disabling hardware acceleration as described here - https://community.logos.com/forums/t/91925.aspx
