We have spent considerable time uploading 3rd party videos that have disappeared.

I haven't heard any reports of missing media. If you provide an example video name that you're missing I can investigate further.
Try loading to just the local computer. I just ran into this problem, tried to add to group and it went to a black screen. Try loading just to the local computer and see if this helps.
My issue is that my backgrounds freeze when ever i move off of the first slide.

Can you provide the name of a specific piece of user uploaded media that causes this problem for you? I'd like to investigate further.
ACOB. Yes, I lost all of my worship backgrounds with that update too. I haven't had time to call tech support and keep forgetting. Just got off the phone with them. They had no idea and offered no solution options. But she did create a case for me and they're supposed to call me back. If I get an answer, I'll let you know. Please do the same.

Would you give us the name of the presentation and service items that are using these missing backgrounds? This way we can help as much as possible. Someone is looking into this at the moment and the more information we have to look at the better!
