Where is my book?

i purchased book from Logos but cannot find it in verso app

    1. Which resource? (Checking to see if it is "mobile enabled")
    2. are you logged in with the right credentials?
    3. is your library search box empty, or filtered in some way?
    4. have you tried killing and restarting the app? Device?
    5. have you tried the command "rebuild index"?

    1). Yes it is mobile

    2). I am logged in but not sure bout right credentials. I have tried to logout but app will not let me.

    3) no filters and not empty

    4) no, I will try that.

    5) no, would not know how.  I thank you so much for you taking the time to help me.  I am disabled ,bedridden, and I love to study God's word! It is only way to know Him. Thank you again

    I know that you think the resource is mobile enabled, but it would be helpful for me to verify that it is so. Specifically, which resource is it?

    I have tried to logout but app will not let me.

    There isnt a method to log out since the app is designed for "one user." If someone needed to log out, they would need to delete the app and redownload it. I don't have my iPad in front of me currently, but on the homepage there should be a "settings" button (gear wheel icon). You should be able to find out which email address you are logged in with.

    If the library search box is NOT empty, than the library IS being filtered. Delete everything from the search box.

    no, would not know how

    If none of the above works, try typing "rebuild index" in the box on the home page. After typing this and pressing enter, wait a couple of minutes.

    It is vyros app. I deleted the app last night, did a complete shut down of iPad and restart, loaded the app again and still no book, I tried to get it again but because I had already gotten book it would not let me again. I even tried going thru faith life life B.S. App still no book. I thank you for your time and ministry to me thru this, but I am too exhausted from ailments to put energy to this when I am blessed to have many other great studies to do. Thank you again and may our Lord bless you and your ministry with cups overflowing of harvest and His Joy!

    For clarification: You can download a resource as many times as you need to.

    Also, I KNOW that you have more than one account with Logos/Vyrso because you have two separate screen names in this thread. There is a really good chance you signed in with the wrong one. If you have made purchases with both accounts, you should call Logos to have the accounts merged.
