Review Count Bug

The book suggests that someone needs to post the first review; but as can be seen in this attached picture, I already posted  a review.  I am not concerned if someone else thinks they are the first reviewer, but that the software is missing the presence of an existing review.

    There is another bug, which is browser specific (I think). Notice the "reviews" section is showing up only in a very tiny box. This is Safari for Mac (8.0.3). Firefox worked properly.

    Regarding the "Be the first to rate this":

    I believe we don't actually show an average rating until a certain number (3?) of reviews have been submitted.  We probably should correct this text to say something to that effect.

    That makes sense - perhaps something like, "Help other readers know the value of this book - write a review."  

    You could then add the "Average Review" once the minimum number of reviews have been posted without having to change the text.
