Internet failure when uploading songs and videos

When Uploading a video or a new set of mp3 songs to my database it kicks the internet out. It shows it has local network availability but the internet is no longer accessible. The internet i understand may be the issue. Services providers for it are notoriously unreliable in this area. However it seems to only happen with proclaim. I can stream YouTube and run every other internet activity without interruption, it is only when uploading here that it cuts out.

So i am asking, is this something i am only experiencing or are others experiencing this problem? Also if i am not alone is there a patch or fix to this issue?

I've not heard this issue before. Your ISP may have a different throttling policy for uploads vs downloads, trying to block things like serving torrent files. Have you tried uploading files to Proclaim using a different internet connection? Posting your log file from a session which includes a failed upload might give us more insight into the failure.

I attempted to upload the file on a different source from my laptop, it uploaded just fine and I had access on my laptop. When I returned to my church computer it would not play. It shows the file in the database but no matter what way I try it it will not play.

Which presentation was this occurring with? What was the name of the file you uploaded? I would like to take a look and see if I could reproduce the issue.

This occurs with several but specifically it was the February 11,2015 presentation and the main thing was the video entitled "The Skinny on Evangelism".

I have however experienced this with regular jpg files and video files. We have this program run in our youth room as well and thus far the youth leader has had no issue with this.

So I was not able to reproduce the issue with that video. I viewed the presentation and I was able to play the video without issue. What OS is the machine running? If the machine having the issue is running Windows, please make sure all drivers are up to date. If all drivers are up to date and the video still doesn't play, please try disabling hardware acceleration and then see if that helps playing the videos.
