Optimum size for backgrounds to upload?

Hi,

Can you advise, when creating backgrounds in PhotoShop or similar to upload to Proclaim, what you consider the best size (pixels) to make the file?

Would it be simply be the maximum supported by any monitor/projector or does Proclaim have internal max. pixels?

Looks like the max. might be:

4:3 - 1600x1200 (or 2048x1536)

16:9 - 1920x180

16:10 - 1920x1200 (or 2560x1600)

Proclaim converts images uploaded to our server to the following sizes:

4:3 - 1024 x 768

16:9 - 1920 x 1080

Proclaim does not currently support 16:10, though you can certainly upload images in that aspect ratio.

What brand and model are the projectors?

Looking at the documentation for that projector

Proclaim supports both those aspect ratios. I wonder if the black bar you're seeing could be a configuration issue?
