We have a fix ready but has not made it into the released code yet. You should be able to access our About page from the 'Proclaim' menu until then.

It might be worth considering just how many places the same information needs to be stored.
Two 'Help' drop-downs are always going to be confusing and which ever one you choose the 'About' information will still be in the wrong place.

They all access the same dialog. I think the one under the 'Proclaim' on the Apple menu bar is there because that is a requirement for applications on Mac. The other two locations are there to match the locations that are on the Windows version of Proclaim. We try to make Proclaim (and the Logos Bible Software) applications work the same regardless of the OS and sometimes we do things on the Mac that break the Apple guidelines.
