Live Video Feed in Proclaim

Is it possible to add a live video feed as a background? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this? Our church is in the planning stages to start recording our services and streaming the live over the internet. We also want to send video feeds to several TVs throughout the church building. Is proclaim the wrong software for this type setup? We want some screens to show a full slide and others to show a live video background with a lower third that can include content such as verse references.

Proclaim doesn't yet support live video feeds. (I hope we'll have that sometime down the road.) You may find external tools that let you merge and overlay video sources, though, and possibly Proclaim can feed into that.

My church is looking at purchasing a subscription to Proclaim, but being able to incorporate live video is something we are interested in. This thread is the most recent information (at almost a year ago) I was able to find regarding this functionality. Does anyone know if there are any more solid plans to add this?

I have been to a number of churches recently where this has been a feature of the presentation.

It and a way of incorporating Skype feeds would be a useful addition to the program.
