Graceway Media

When was the last time Graceway Media was batch imported for use in Proclaim? I know there had been some talk about fixing this to where it was done weekly, but right now, I just noticed I am missing several hundred backgrounds from the Graceway site in the Media Library in Proclaim. Right now I have to download these and then import them into Proclaim. One of the big plusses for Proclaim is that it connects to Graceway to allow for automatic importing of backgrounds. We pay a pretty penny to have access to Graceway's media every year. Why can't the importing feature be fixed? This has been outstanding for some time. Thanks.

Thanks for pointing this out Josh! We had a recurring task going for this but when we changed some server settings it stopped working and no one noticed. We'll get that back up and running shortly.

Has this been fixed? One of the beauties of Proclaim is the seamless use of Graceway Media within it. There is so much content out there, and with Easter quickly approaching we are running a lot of services - which translates into a lot of time making slides. Having Graceway items handy in Proclaim will save a lot of my time if you can do it!

The reoccuring task has been re-set up and all Graceway media since the outage has been imported into Proclaim. I apologize for any disruption that this has caused.
