National Biblical Greek Exam, greekexam.com

Does anyone know the status of the National Biblical Greek Exam? I tried to email greekexam@logos.com and received no reply. I tried calling Logos and was transferred twice (once to Sales, again to Customer Service, which still wasn't the right place). Why does the main number at Logos not know how to transfer a call on this topic?

I am on the site as an instructor for a Greek class at church. I was able to take setup a class and to take the exam myself. However, the site has changed and at present it looks like there is no way for students to sign up and to take the exam. And The instructions aren't helpful.

When will the site be usable again?

Wow, that's new to me. Huh... One more thing that faith life does. No Safari support either.

Though, to be generous, perhaps it is the after effects of the server fiasco.

When did you try to email? Currently Faithlife's email server is still down and has been for several days.

It's been a week and a half, and I'm still waiting to hear anything on how to register students for greekexam.com, or if the site is even working for new users at this point. The instructions on greekexam.com are still very vague.

First, let me apologize for the delay. I will be handling this project for the time being and will do my best to address your questions.

Thank you for your patience. We will be taking down the site in the next month.

After speaking with our developers, we've come to the decision that the code base has too many problems to repair in a short time. This will be a multi-month project to address the issues, fix them, and add additional functionality to get the National Biblical Greek Exam where it should be.
