Visual Copy: No results when typing in Author Quotes, Book Quote, or Lemma

I attempted to Visual Copy a quote from Charles Spurgeon's Daily Devotional, as per the Training Video, the quote was placed on a blank slide with no artwork or Author citation. I then went to Logos 6 forum and found a post by Eli Evans stating I could use the " * " operator to bring up all the artwork. I tried this and found no Author specific artwork. Another post by Eli suggested I type Author Quotes in the find window, which I did, and that returned "No Results". Book Quote and Lemma also returned "No Results". I am using the Logos 6 Starter package version 6.1 SR-3 on Windows 7 Home Premium.

Only themes which you own a license for will appear.

Jim, welcome to the forum!
Sorry to hear you have troubles.

One thing that came to my mind regarding your situation: the artwork for visual copy is fetched from the Logos server. Do you have Tools / Seetings Use Internet on Yes? If you open Visual Copy directly from the tools menu, does it display sample templates - or rather an error message that it doesn't work offline?

You may be right - but on the other hand I don't remember any information on "Visual Copy Themes". I don't own the CS Lewis package, or any work by him in Logos, but see his author slides.

Yes I do have internet on = Yes. When I click on visual copy from tools I get several templates with the "text will be replaced by..." message on them.
Alabama24 suggested "Only themes which you own a license for will appear." but I haven't seen anything suggesting a separate theme package is required. By theme I'm assuming Alabama meant artwork.

I can't find anything on a separate package for artwork (themes).

I am not an expert on figuring out base packages, data sets, etc. I do know that the "starter package" doesn't come with what you need. At a minimum, you will need this:
I can't tell you if you would need anything else or not.

Hm. This could or couldn't be the case - I personally can't find this resource.
In another thread, https://community.logos.com/forums/p/93207/646825.aspx#646825 a similar problem of a Starter Package user was discussed and it seems to be that a licence issue could be the case for the author pictures. Todd of Faithlife pointed to https://www.logos.com/product/45633/logos-media-archive which is contained in Bronze and above packages.

The Proclaim Media package is included with the Standard Starter Package.

It was listed under my base package.

... which is why I said I wasn't an expert! Trying to figure this stuff out can be quite complicated at time. [:s]

Go figure. Maybe it is indeed one of the others that Mick referenced. I certainly wouldn't purchase anything just to get those slides without checking with FL first. Of course, you could "return" an item... but that is a hassle too.

I experienced similar issues when I had just the Starter package with the Core Crossgrade; it was only when I got the Feature Crossgrade I was able to access much more artwork, including the author slides etc.

The first link you sent was exactly the issue I'm having.
If you go to Logos 6 Products, https://www.logos.com/product/43516/starter, and scroll down to Media Collections it lists Proclaim Media. If you hover over Proclaim Media you will see the pop up and its only sold as part of a base package. I really can't seem to find out exactly what I am supposed to have in the way of slides. I guess I'll have to call Logos and ask.

Thank you everyone who took their time to help me research this problem. It looks like I would probably have to upgrade to a higher package to get the slides I was looking for. Perhaps I'll just make my own in powerpoint I have more time than I do money.
