[ACK] BUG: Table Headers (MAC)

As shown in the first screen shot, the Mac version seems to not handle table headers right... or something like that. I discovered this problem in Nelson's New Illustrated Bible Commentary when trying to help out in THIS thread. I thought the issue might simply be a resource one, but a windows user provided a screenshot showing a much better result (second screen shot). This issue can be found throughout the resource in question. I have no idea if the issue is any other resource or not.
