Snapshot of uploaded video won't reset

The first time I uploaded my videos, I didn't realized I could scroll through them and set the image for their placeholder/icon. I've re-uploaded them and set the image, but the placeholder on my PC isn't changing. I even reattached each item via the media browser. Is there a way to refresh them so I get more than a black box with the play symbol in it on my Order of Service?

The video thumbnail is used in the Media Library but the Order of Service and Timeline always use the first frame. The thinking is that this is what you'll see when you navigate to the item and it would be jarring (during navigation) to show something else.

Then why does the thumbnail rather than the first frame show up in the Order of Service and Timeline for videos that I recently uploaded (with the thumbnail) and that weren't previously used in a Service?

Windows. For new items, their thumbnail shows in the Order of Service and timeline but when you click in the OoS, the thumbnail flashes for just a second on the right side then you see the black screen/first frame. I agree it is a little jarring on the right side, but I like the thumbnail on the OoS and timeline.

I was able to reproduce the issue with the custom thumbnails. I have opened a case and sent it to development, where it should get fixed in the near future. I will update this thread when it does.
