deleting duplicate group member
I am new at adding members to my group and had invited members show up twicw as members using different names. How do I remove a duplicate member in my Proclaim members box? I hovered over the one to delete but I do not get the option to delete or remove? Just trying to clean up my members box.

You will need to do this on faithlife.com
Log into Faithlife.com and go to your presentation group, select the Members Tab.
Hovering over the members, you will see an 'Actions' button where you can remove members.

I removed the duplicate members using Faith Life as you said, but the still show up in Proclaim?

one was Lauren S and the other is Tyler James Mullen which was a duplicate.

I signed in as you and did not see the duplicate groups. Did you restart Proclaim after deleting the duplicate members on Faithlife.com? Or was Proclaim running when you deleted them? The Faithlife Panel should update correctly if you refresh it; you can do this by changing the tab on the panel (this will force it to refresh).

I just started Proclaim on our church computer and the duplicates are still there?

Hey Joe,
The duplicates show up in the News tab because this records any activity that happens in your group (including someone joining the group). The Members tab will show the most current list of members, and the duplicates should not show up there.
