Can't edit Content slide text

Often, when I want to edit text on a content slide there is no way. I discovered by accident that if I select the text box on the screen and then move it, the fields for editing become available to the left in the edit window. Why does this happen? Why aren't they always available? Why are they only available if I first move the text box?

Development will look into the issue and create a fix for it. I do not have an ETA but it should not take too long. I will keep this thread updated.
