I have used PROCLAIM Media Presentation for over a year and for the first time have experienced no sound. I can get everything else to play but nothing in my presentation. Desperate of course.

Have you verified Proclaim's volume is not muted?
Yes, I have made sure of that.
Are you on Mac or Windows? What is the presentation name you're having issue with? I can take a closer look.
Just realized you included a log file in your original post [:$].
It looks like Windows Media Player is having issues with an mp3 file. Have you tried playing different audio files?
I'm also curious if you still receive audio from video playback. Please add the "Apostles' Creed" video to a presentation and see if you can hear the audio output during preview.
Scott,
I just had the opportunity to get on the laptop and did as you advised and added the Video, Apostles Creed, and the sound comes through. But none of the other ones that I have in the presentation.
Michael
Since I can't get sound to play, I thought I might be able to use videos (since the Apostles Creed one played) as a way to play music before service. So, I try to upload video and it says there is a problem and it will not upload. Very disgusted right now and don't see a way to have fixed by morning. If anyone is out there that can give me some direction as to what to do, please post.
If you can post another log file from a session which reproduces the failure to upload I can take a look. I'm not seeing any issues on the server side for handling uploads but the log should help isolate the issue. You could always fall back to a local file in the meantime.
I did some searching for the error code Windows Media Player is giving you when playing the audio and it appears to be DRM related. Have you updated Windows recently? or changed any Windows Media Player settings?
