This Has Become a Constant Problem...Why?
It came up in two or three different scenarios last month, one of which is still happening, and it is happening again. Why is it that sales advertised by Logos have items listed with no sale price attached to them? The one saleless sale from last month is still "not" going on right now on the Logos.com homepage. The items listed in the product carousel that is on the bottom half of the page with the heading "On Sale!" have regularly-priced black prices rather than discounted red prices. Last month, some of the items listed in the monthly sale also had black rather than red prices.
Once again, there are numerous items in the monthly sale that are not discounted. What's up, Logos?

Hi David, we're being very careful to ensure the products we put in our "On Sale" lists are actually on sale.
There are some issues we're trying to track down around when and how the red text appears, but if you click through to the products, you should find that they are indeed on sale and the product page will reflect that.
We'll have this fixed soon.

Not only is this not my experience, but I have added certain products to my cart and they still reflect the usual price.

I estimate that I have not purchased $100-200 worth of stuff as a result of this issue...so far.

Personally, I find the 4 cents discount (!) on the Church Pulpit Commentary more of a problem - it's insulting

I appreciate you all digging into this issue and providing concrete examples. We've uncovered 4 distinctly separate issues that are impacting how sale pricing is displayed, and are already working to address them.
The 4¢ situation can be addressed soon.
Updates to products in the "On Sale" carousel on the homepage is underway.
The carousel itself displaying red color text will be further out, but the products will all be sale products moving forward.
The monthly product sale page seems to be displaying sale price inconsistently, we're still troubleshooting this one.

Let me add one to your list...
Vyrso resources from some publishers are often not listed as "on sale" or discounted in any way... even though they are. I think it might be related to how pricing adjustments are made for those publishers. A concrete example: works by Zondervan. As you can see, it is currently selling for $6.99. I picked up for .99 recently. There was no indication that .99 was a "sale."

David, what are you currently seeing?
EDIT: The monthly sale faceted search you link to should only be showing May's current deals. It's possible that the sale prices aren't displaying, but the products should be on sale. Could you provide a screenshot if you're seeing some different?

The two products in your cart that aren't showing a discount were products from April's monthly sale. From what I understand, cookies / caches can sometimes cause old products to remain in the search for a time after we remove them. I apologize for any confusion.
When in doubt, check the product page. It will always correctly display the price.

While it is weird I too have seen the bundle pricing not getting the extra 15% off when combined with a base package. Even though the 15% off did not appear initially once I added the item to my cart and refreshed the browser it always went down by 15%.
