[resolved] Program shuts down at splash screen

As splash screen opens a block message appears: "LOGOS has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
I have run "repair" from Programs. I ran a scan with McAfee; nothing found. I ran compatibility settings. All failed to fix the problem.
I used the computer and LOGOS program during Sunday's sermon. It worked fine. I closed the lid on the computer to bring it home; leaving it powered up. When I opened it last night, LOGOS was closed. When I opened the LOGOS program this morning I had the problem.

It looks to me like a permissions issue... but I am a Mac user and don't quite know what to do. Here is a line from your crash log:
Crash Log said:Access to the path 'C:\Users\Robert\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\dwzhbfzg.kxb\LibraryIndex\supplemental-build.lxn' is denied.
I'll scan the forums to see if I find something similar with a resolution.
By the way: Did you grab the logs BEFORE you restarted Logos? Your logos.log file looks like you started up the app again but grabbed the logs before it crashed.

That crash log is from last month; it's not relevant to this problem.

The logs aren't capturing the crash; this type of problem is most quickly diagnosed and resolved by calling our Technical Support department.

Well, isn't that special. [:P]
Thanks for bailing me out. [:)] [Y]

Yes. Thank you. Update for another program changed registry. Made corrections and LOGOS works fine now.
