    I am pretty sure is is talking about Dr.Tom Constable's commentaries. He is a former DTS prof who quite teaching because he found that posting his commentaries on the Web had a more far reaching impact. I know he is constantly revising the commentaries and the ones published by Logos are dated 2003. I have them all and have had some difficulty getting the TOC right on them as the converted Word files I end up with are not as well formed as you might wish. I am not as swift as others at all this, do not have the ability to do detailed tagging and have not been able to put enough time into them that I could share. Technically I am not sure what the policy is here on protecting Logos products that are over out of date. If you Google his name you will find where he distributes his work in PDF or HTML for free. I would be glad to share what I have with anyone who can shape them up faster than I can.
